Our Approach

Five steps to creating relevant and engaging eLearning.

1. CURATE CONTENT

At this stage, your goal is to gather and provide WeLearning with any existing and available authoritative content related to the eLearning that we can reference during the build.

Examples of content could include:

  • Relevant policies and procedures
  • Existing training or PowerPoints
  • Manuals or standards
  • Training objectives
  • Photos and/or video.

2. Kick-Off Briefing

After analysing the content provided from Step 1, we’ll organise a meeting with key stakeholders to present a course outline, run through potential interactions and seek clarification on the content, as required.

We’ll also ask a few questions about the intended audience for the training and how the eLearning will be used and appear to your end users.

3. DEVELOP & CREATE

We’ll get to work creating awesome eLearning experiences as agreed in the kick-off briefing.

Our design will resonate with your audience and will be in a format that looks great on any device.

Any content gaps can be filled by working with an appointed subject matter expert, or by conducting research using agreed authoritative sources.

If you lack video or photos, we can arrange a site visit from our videographer and photographer to gain stunning and high-impact visual assets.

4. Review & Provide Feedback

We’ll provide you and your team with access to a portal where you can review and provide feedback on the draft version of the course.

We make it easy to add comments for changes you would like made.

If you have someone who is interested and available to make adjustments and tweaks to the eLearning, we can provide you with access to the raw files.

Each project has up to two rounds of feedback included.

5. UPDATE & LAUNCH

After addressing the feedback and change requests, you are ready to release it to your audience and go live!

WeLearning offers to induct a member of your team (usually someone from L&D) on how to make adjustments and release future versions where required.

Alternatively, a WeLearning representative can provide ongoing maintenance and even manage your Learning Management System for a competitive hourly rate.
